An update on Passport

We’re always innovating to make it easier for signatories to collaborate and discover resources. Since launching Passport, we’ve learned that we can make the materials, best practices, and decarbonization insights you need accessible without a standalone platform. As of May 15, 2026, we’re moving to a model with a variety of sustainability tools; Passport is no longer available. Read on for everything you need to know.

What’s changing—and where to go

The Climate Pledge resources, case studies, and decarbonization guidance are now available on Amazon’s Sustainability Exchange, a platform built to help companies move from commitment to action. Here, you’ll find playbooks detailing steps to decarbonize; resources across 12 focus areas including buildings, transportation, and waste and circularity; case studies from fellow signatories; emerging solutions via The Science Exchange; and information about high-quality carbon credits. You can even submit your sustainability case study idea to be featured on the Exchange.

What about Academy courses?

Academy is not going away. You can continue to access self-paced content on emissions reporting, credible offsets, and more via your existing login. For more information about Academy courses, read our prior coverage.
